Hi, and welcome! I’m Alexis Sandoval — a Licensed Cosmetologist, Photography-Lover and Neurodivergent Artist. Since beginning my career in 2015, I’ve blended art and science to create thoughtful, customized hair services. My background spans boutique and diverse salon environments, allowing me to build a practice rooted in experience, intention, and work I’m proud to stand behind. My approach to hair is rooted in personalization, trust, and genuine care. With nearly 10 years of experience across services, textures, and identities, I prioritize thoughtful consultations, clear communication, and results that feel aligned with you — not JUST trends. My work is psychology-driven, meaning I ask the important questions during consultations, listen deeply, and guide clients through realistic expectations with empathy and honesty. Every service is designed to support both how you look and how you feel. I love my craft because I get to make people happy and create art. My favorite services/looks to do are anything involving creative color (called vivids, fantasy shades, etc.), unique haircuts, lived-in color/balayage and hairstyling. I admire classic, “old school” trends and techniques but also love to see what the people are asking for at the current time. This industry moves fast but I try my best to keep up with what’s new by staying educated on the latest products, hair trends and going to classes to level up my knowledge and skill set. Make sure any new piercings, tattoos or skin sensitivities are mentioned before booking. • Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to prevent booking delays and rescheduling. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit Policy:
In order to reduce No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations a deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking, no later than 48 hours prior to your requested service date/time. (Or 50% of the service cost if balance is under $50.) This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards your final bill at checkout.

Cancellation Policy:
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows, late appointments, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that failure to provide at least 48 hours notice or attend your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and thus, exceptions for illness or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Reoccurring cancellations, lateness, and no-shows, may result in you being banned from booking with me indefinitely.
